Full disclosure of all tuition, fees, and required costs for every program we offer — as required by the Washington Workforce Training and Education Coordinating Board and the WA State Department of Licensing.
Prices reflect Burlington location (8.9% sales tax). Ferndale rates may vary slightly (9.0%). One-on-one over-the-road training is exempt from sales tax per WAC 458-20-224.
Class A CDL — Advanced Professional Program

Key Policies
- Registration fee required at application to hold a class seat.
- Full payment (or payment plan, sponsor voucher, or PO) due 10 days before class start.
- NSF / returned payments subject to $25 minimum fee plus bank penalties.
- Late accounts (>30 days) may be assessed up to 1.5% per month on unpaid balance.
- Promotional coupons valid for self-funded students only — not for employer, scholarship, or grant-funded tuition.
