In this course, students receive training from our staff of career truck drivers who are passionate about the success of new drivers.
Training is fully compliant with all Washington State and Federal Regulations, providing a minimum of 160 hours of in-person, instructor-led training with ample time for questions and answers to build your knowledge, skills, and confidence. Our classroom student-to-instructor ratio is typically 21 to 1 or lower. Once students move into the range, the student-to-instructor ratio is 3 to 1. We ensure you get the time and attention necessary to excel in your new career!
Training includes an overview of commercial driving basics, CDL regulations, “Truckers Against Trafficking,” “Whistleblower Training,” pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection, backing, street driving, proficiency, and observation.
